Fifteen years experience? Or is it one year of experience, fifteen times over?

How is it that "rookie" sellers can go into a sales team and rise up in the sales league like a shooting star? Answer - they have an undiluted innocence and abundant enthusiasm - and those two commodities carry them through in the early months.
